This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Generate opportunities, acquire new clients, and assist in designing scalable growth strategies.
• You will work directly with the founders, playing an active role in the company's growth.
• Create and manage new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients.
• Present product demos and finalize agreements.
• Build relationships with universities, organizations, and partners.
• Identify potential international distributors or strategic partners.
• Test new acquisition channels (outbound, LinkedIn, partnerships, events).
• Assist in designing and enhancing sales messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and growth experiments.
• 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, startups, or growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and leading meetings.
• Proactive and self-sufficient.
• Curious about technology (AI, VR, SaaS).
• Preferred: Experience in early-stage startups.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience in EdTech, healthcare, or vocational training sectors.
• Experience managing digital campaigns or growth experiments.
