This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for corporate clients to ensure a seamless transition into the program.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with commercial and corporate clients, as well as their HR departments.
• Identify opportunities to promote banking products and services effectively.
• Offer tailored financial planning advice to clients based on their unique requirements.
• Supervise and manage client portfolios, conducting regular reviews of account performance.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Address client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• A college degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 3 years of successful experience in business sales relationships.
• Experience in workplace banking is preferred.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects with strong prioritization, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Self-discipline and self-motivation are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with, influence, and present to all levels of employees and management.
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in networking and prospecting sales techniques.
• Proven capability to develop and execute strategies to serve multiple customer/client segments across various markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Previous experience with Retail Sales platform systems, such as ACE and FNA, is preferred.
