This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and cultivate new client relationships through outreach, referrals, and networking efforts.
• Establish Centers of Influence (COI) channel partners who can enhance and expand your pipeline.
• Conduct a consultative, listening-first sales approach from initial conversation to closing the deal.
• Facilitate group presentations and individual discovery discussions to identify client needs.
• Diligently follow up and follow through on every lead and proposal, demonstrating consistent care.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategies for account growth, pipeline enhancement, and market positioning.
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a new business sales position (B2B).
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage a sales pipeline and secure new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with group presentations.
• Availability to travel up to 30% for conferences, events, and client meetings.
• Preference for candidates located in the Florida, Miami area.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
