This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Concentrate on executing the Sales strategy, objectives, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other Sales Managers.
• Evolve the role in alignment with our growth strategy.
• Build networks with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Cultivate robust working relationships across various markets, including Drinks, Snacks, and the broader FMCG sectors.
• Collaborate with teams at our locations throughout the country.
• Demonstrated success, expertise, and experience in a Business Development role within the FMCG sector—experience in packaging is preferred, but other backgrounds are welcomed.
• A valid full driving license.
• Strong capability to work autonomously and remotely, with travel as necessary.
• Excellent business acumen and negotiation skills, with the capacity to manage conflicts and challenges both externally and internally.
• Motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Proven track record, knowledge, and experience in pipeline management and sales reporting.
• Ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Capacity to deliver engaging and professional presentations.
