This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while overseeing existing client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions.
• Perform competitor analysis and keep abreast of developments in the analytical testing services sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Address customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and negotiate agreements effectively.
• Advocate for the company's services through presentations, client meetings, and sales visits.
• Lead business development initiatives for Nitrosamines, Extractables & Leachables (E&L), and Microbiology testing services.
• Ensure credit control measures are in place and manage timely payment collections.
• 2–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, ideally within CRO companies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in CRO and analytical testing services.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, particularly in Mumbai & North India.
• Openness to travel and foster robust client relationships.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven mindset.
