This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling to generate high-quality leads.
• Evaluate inbound inquiries and assess prospective client needs to determine compatibility with our solutions.
• Investigate target accounts and industry trends to craft customized messaging for various personas.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of activities within the CRM to ensure that no lead is overlooked.
• Work alongside Account Executives to arrange discovery calls and ensure seamless transitions.
• Surpass monthly and quarterly objectives for qualified meetings and pipeline contributions.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SaaS or Tech sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting quotas.
• Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and the capacity to explain intricate technical concepts in a straightforward manner.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with an emphasis on active listening.
• Resilient, receptive to coaching, and possess a competitive drive to excel in a high-growth setting.
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience in a startup or high-growth scale-up environment; familiarity with specific sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN); a robust professional network within the tech sector.
