This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reach out to and assess cold and warm leads through phone calls.
• Develop and strategically prioritize lists of target accounts.
• Engage in high-level discussions with contacts at targeted accounts.
• Perform follow-up activities for leads generated from marketing events and website inquiries.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on a diverse range of services, assuring prospects of our unique position in the industry.
• Effectively utilize multiple sales enablement tools concurrently.
• Record all activities in a CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to create lead generation programs.
• Report key performance indicators to leadership, including calls made, conversations held, and meetings scheduled.
• 2-3 years of previous sales experience within the real estate sector.
• Experience with CRM software, specifically Close.com.
• A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection for video calls and access to a functional computer.
• Ability to work according to US time zones.
• Proficient in English, with a solid grasp of various idioms (assessed through written, phone, and video evaluations).
• Capability to provide and schedule calls with at least 3 references (corporate phone numbers only).
• Competitive salary ranging from ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 per month based on experience level.
