This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and foster relationships with attorneys, bar associations, and legal organizations.
• Establish and maintain a robust network of Centers of Influence (COIs).
• Identify and seek out strategic partnerships across various events, organizations, and platforms.
• Create referral pipelines that consistently yield high-quality opportunities.
• Organize and participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Drive inbound referrals through established relationships and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to transform opportunities into new members.
• Ensure a measurable impact on new member acquisition and revenue growth.
• A natural relationship builder who earns trust swiftly.
• Excellent communicator, adept in conversations, presentations, and networking settings.
• A self-motivated individual who generates momentum and opens doors without needing direction.
• Experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles is preferred.
• A background in legal, professional services, or B2B environments is advantageous.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and motivated by creating something that is not yet established.
