This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategic Active Prospecting: Engage in outbound prospecting aimed at B2B/SaaS companies.
• Multichannel Approach: Implement structured and personalized outreach using phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and Account-Based Marketing strategies.
• Building a Qualified Pipeline: Develop, validate, and nurture lists of strategic leads, emphasizing value delivery from the first interaction.
• Discovery: Perform thorough initial assessments to identify the lead's pain points.
• Data Hygiene and Management: Utilize CRMs and prospecting tools with a high level of discipline.
• Continuous Improvement: Design, test, and enhance scripts, templates, and cadence flows with a focus on boosting conversion rates.
• B2B Prospecting Experience: Demonstrated success in inbound/outbound prospecting, ideally within a SaaS framework.
• Results-Oriented: Proven history of achieving targets, including scheduled appointments, qualified meetings, and pipeline creation.
• Sales Methodologies: Solid understanding of frameworks such as SPIN Selling and BANT.
• Technical Tools: Proficient in using the HubSpot CRM.
• Communication and Active Listening: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing objections in a strategic and consultative manner.
• Essential Soft Skills: Organized to juggle multiple workflows, resilient in facing rejection, and proactive and self-sufficient in daily process management.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; knowledge of complementary data and sales intelligence tools (e.g., Lusha, Apollo); experience with prospecting tools (such as Sales Navigator); understanding of the Supply Chain, logistics, or industry-to-retail commercial relationships; interest in or knowledge of leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and daily operations.
