This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• **Responsibilities:**
• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients within target markets and establish a dependable lead pipeline.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound efforts, including a consistent daily routine of X+ personalized cold calls to engage key decision-makers in their native language.
• Utilize a consultative discovery approach, employing open-ended questions to reveal pain points related to global hiring and compliance.
• Interact with prospects through various channels, such as phone, email, and social media, to foster genuine interest in RemotePass's services.
• Address objections with patience and empathy, transforming challenges into opportunities for collaboration and value-driven solutions.
• Assist leads by comprehending their needs and crafting supportive messages to secure introductory meetings.
• Organize appointments and demonstrations for account executives or sales managers.
• Keep accurate records of lead interactions and progress within our CRM system.
• Strive towards well-defined daily outreach objectives and monthly pipeline targets, emphasizing high-quality execution and team impact.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to enhance communication techniques.
• **Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a comparable role, preferably within a tech or SaaS setting.
• Professional or native fluency in English and at least one other European language (German, French, Spanish are highly preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in your target language, with the capacity to navigate complex business nuances and cultural etiquette.
• Proven comfort in high-activity outbound environments, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during extensive daily phone outreach.
• Outstanding active listening abilities, capable of quickly synthesizing information and adapting conversations based on prospect feedback.
• Established capacity to handle pushback gracefully, remaining curious rather than defensive in response to common industry objections.
• A positive outlook and a genuine passion for assisting clients, with a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
• Excellent time-management skills to balance intensive calling sessions with high-quality lead research and discovery preparation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for effective lead management.
