This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with key decision-makers within HR and various business sectors.
• Assess incoming leads and generate new opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Lemlist, Nooks, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to develop a sales pipeline and facilitate connections for our sales team.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to create measurable outcomes. Every conversation initiated propels us - and you - toward success.
• Background in sales, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing roles (internships are encouraged) within the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Exceptional communication abilities and comfort engaging with senior leadership.
• A proactive mindset - resilient, organized, and driven by results.
• Native German speaker, fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
