This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify opportunities by evaluating client needs and promptly transferring the opportunity to the designated Sales team member.
• Conduct research and establish prospect accounts, uncovering new sales opportunities through proactive efforts such as cold calls, emails, event-based campaigns, content and vertical strategies, and social media engagement.
• Nurture leads by evaluating the opportunity, articulating the customer value propositions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Generate and perform due diligence on both inbound and outbound leads.
• Provide reports on territory and lead activities to the manager, maintaining and tracking prospects, and updating contact details in the CRM system.
• Ensure precise data entry of personal activities after the opportunity has been assigned.
• Acquire product and market knowledge and effectively convey the advantages and features of Open Systems to prospects via phone communication.
• Collaborate with marketing to design initiatives that will yield the most effective leads.
• Exhibit thought leadership with clients and stay informed about industry trends by engaging on social media platforms (e.g., X, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Proficient in English (German language skills are a plus).
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the technology sector.
• Technologically adept.
• Strong prospecting abilities, including cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social media.
• Motivated to achieve success and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic about generating new business.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to tell a clear, concise, and engaging story.
• Skilled in time management, prioritization, and taking initiative.
• Previous experience with Hubspot, Salesloft, etc.
