This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Sales Calls and Demos: Conduct engaging sales calls and product demonstrations to effectively illustrate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service. Utilize persuasive communication skills to address questions and objections from prospects, emphasizing how the offering can fulfill their needs.
• Relationship Building: Forge and nurture robust relationships with prospects by understanding their businesses, challenges, and objectives. Position yourself and the company as a trusted advisor through effective communication and rapport development.
• Qualify Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads to ascertain their potential as viable business opportunities. Comprehend the prospect's requirements, pain points, and budget to assess compatibility with the company's products or services.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage sales opportunities utilizing CRM software. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, activities, and progress with prospects. Prioritize leads and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Sales Negotiation and Closing: Leverage strong negotiation skills to create win-win situations and finalize deals. Understand the prospect's budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to navigate through the sales cycle and secure contracts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and uphold a cohesive sales strategy.
• Market Research: Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance the sales approach and optimize the product offering.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role, ideally in a B2B (business-to-business) setting.
• Proficient sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and effectively conveying complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing leads and sales activities.
• Ability to swiftly comprehend customer needs and adjust the sales approach as necessary.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outages. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam and a noise-canceling USB headset are required, along with a quiet, dedicated home office space. Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
