This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Engage in high-volume prospecting to identify qualified leads, including new users and potential customers.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to formulate and execute effective prospecting strategies and plans.
• Arrange online product demonstrations for qualified leads while consistently meeting your monthly targets.
• Comprehend customers' needs and challenges using sales methodologies such as BANT.
• Conduct market research to expand HubSpot's customer base.
• A strong desire and commitment to pursue a career in Tech Sales.
• While sales/prospecting experience or familiarity with a high-growth, "scale-up" environment is a plus, it is not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and any East or Central European language.
• A keen focus on your objectives and a robust approach to achieving them.
• Capability to handle and address objections, with a willingness to receive coaching.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Enthusiasm for assisting businesses in their growth and a curiosity about the tech sector.
