Business Development Representative – BDR/SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, uphold, and prioritize organized outreach lists (target organizations, decision-makers, contact details) in spreadsheets and our CRM.

• Conduct research to accurately identify contact information for key decision-makers (CEOs and other leaders) at targeted companies.

• Implement high-volume email outreach campaigns, tailoring messages according to each prospect's unique circumstances.

• Monitor outreach progress, replies, and follow-ups, ensuring the pipeline remains organized and current.

• Continuously enhance target lists and messaging by analyzing response rates and gathering feedback from the team.

• Transfer warm leads and qualified discussions to the Partnerships/Growth lead for subsequent actions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in outside sales within a tech company or startup environment.

• Practical experience with high-volume email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly, Mailshake, or similar platforms).

• Strong abilities in research and list-building; proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and a CRM.

• Exceptional written communication skills — capable of customizing outreach on a large scale without sounding generic.

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-motivated; enjoys working in a process-oriented and structured manner.

• Comfortable managing multiple active outreach threads simultaneously.

• Experience in prospecting or collaborating with startups/tech companies is advantageous.

• Familiarity with domain names, branding, or SaaS partnerships is a plus, though not mandatory.
