This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct research to identify high-quality prospects within designated verticals.
• Implement consistent multichannel outreach, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
• Customize outreach strategies to align with specific logistics workflows such as sales, operations, and compliance.
• Uphold daily activities and expectations to ensure a robust volume of qualified meetings.
• Qualification & Discovery: Initiate discovery conversations to grasp the challenges faced by prospects.
• Connect prospect pain points with GenLogs’ offerings.
• Assess and qualify prospects to determine sales qualified leads based on established criteria, including fit, need, urgency, and role alignment.
• Arrange meetings for Account Executives and provide clear, detailed handoff notes.
• Collaboration & Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to prioritize accounts and enhance outreach strategies.
• Offer ongoing feedback to the Product team regarding prospect objections and emerging trends in logistics.
• Assist in GTM initiatives related to industry events through pre-event scheduling and post-event follow-up.
• Systems, Reporting & Process Excellence: Keep accurate records, notes, and qualification information in Salesforce.
• Leverage sales engagement tools to boost productivity and streamline outbound processes.
• Take part in weekly meetings to assess performance, account progress, and outbound results.
• Contribute to the development of outbound playbooks, ICP profiles, and messaging frameworks.
• 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or a logistics sales position.
• Experience in SaaS or logistics sales is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfort with cold outreach and maintaining consistent outbound prospecting activities.
• Coachable, motivated, and dependable in daily execution and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
