This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Actively conduct research to identify and engage potential customers via calls, emails, social media, and networking opportunities.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads according to established criteria.
• Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of lead and opportunity information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Work closely with the marketing team to synchronize outreach activities with ongoing campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and conversion statistics.
• Regularly improve outreach tactics based on feedback from the market.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or roles involving customer interaction (preferably in SaaS or technology sales).
• Proficient in Japanese and English, with a preference for a third Asian language such as Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Resilient, proactive, and self-driven with a “hunter” mentality.
• Capability to handle multiple prospects and priorities at the same time.
• Comfortable utilizing CRM tools and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• A team-oriented individual who is eager to learn and adapt swiftly.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment.
• Familiarity with the authentication and luxury resale industries.
• Knowledge of outbound automation tools.
