This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of actively acquiring new customers through cold outreach via phone, email, and digital channels, while also participating in networking events.
• You will manage objections with confidence and maintain persistence and professionalism throughout multiple contact attempts.
• You will independently identify pertinent target companies and contacts.
• You will initiate conversations, spark interest in our software solutions, and qualify leads based on established criteria.
• You will arrange qualified appointments for our Sales Managers and ensure a smooth handover process.
• You will accurately record and document all activities in our CRM system (Weclapp).
• You will devise new outbound strategies, call scripts, and acquisition methods.
• You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to continually enhance target groups and messaging.
• You possess a completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree, or a similar qualification.
• You have demonstrated success in telephone cold calling, inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales, preferably with SaaS products and/or in sales targeting public sector clients.
• You are at ease with phone communication and take the initiative to engage with people.
• You exhibit strong communication skills, resilience, and can clearly articulate complex software solutions.
• You have a structured and independent working style while also being a collaborative team player.
• You have an interest in digital products and IT-related subjects—experience in a software environment is an advantage.
• Your profile is completed by excellent German skills (at least C2) and good English skills (at least B2).
