This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and prospect high-value VIP leads within key segments (medium and large companies, strategic accounts).
• Design and implement highly customized outbound strategies (email, Lusha, LinkedIn, calls, networking).
• Generate and qualify high-impact business opportunities for the sales team.
• Conduct in-depth research on target accounts: structure, needs, financial pains, and key decision-makers.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, directors, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure effective handoff and closure of opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize CRM usage with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Analyze prospecting and conversion metrics to optimize strategies.
• Provide market insights and continuous feedback on the ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Over 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / BDR, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services.
• Proven track record as a hunter, generating high-value outbound opportunities.
• History of success working with enterprise or high mid-market clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact with executive profiles (C-Level).
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Strong results orientation and resilience.
• Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
