This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various other channels.
• Perform account research to identify key decision-makers.
• Schedule qualified meetings and generate pipeline opportunities for Account Executives.
• Customize outreach efforts while ensuring high activity levels.
• Develop and enhance the outbound sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize targeting, messaging, and outreach techniques.
• Provide customer insights and market feedback to Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• 1 to 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for your outcomes.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment where processes are still being developed.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a readiness to learn through experimentation.
