This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within targeted accounts, industries, and personas.
• Achieve the quarterly goal for the number of qualified discovery calls for the sales team.
• Conduct outbound outreach to decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Assess inbound leads generated from marketing efforts, website traffic, and content interaction.
• Develop and implement outreach campaigns associated with webinars, conferences, trade shows, and on-site events.
• Follow up with attendees, registrants, and interested prospects to schedule sales calls.
• Collaborate with Marketing to focus on high-intent leads.
• Monitor and report on which events, webinars, and campaigns are effective in generating leads.
• Utilize Apollo, LeadLander, and Salesforce to oversee outreach, website visitor intent, and pipeline data.
• Create and manage multi-touch outbound campaigns and sequences.
• Ensure rigorous data hygiene within Salesforce.
• Align the outreach strategy with the EVP, Growth, and senior sales leadership.
• Work alongside Partnerships Directors on co-marketing and collaborative outreach initiatives.
• Provide market insights, objections, competitive intelligence, and messaging feedback to sales and marketing leadership.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), inside sales, or a comparable outbound prospecting role; experience in agency, SaaS, or B2B technology is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence and clarity when speaking with senior decision-makers over the phone.
• Practical experience with sales engagement and CRM platforms such as Apollo, Salesforce, Outreach, or SalesLoft.
• Familiarity with LeadLander or similar web visitor intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Comfort in creating structured, multi-touch outbound campaigns.
• Highly organized with a strong ability to follow through.
• Team-oriented attitude with the capability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
• Interest in digital transformation, marketing technology, and enterprise software.
• Regularly sit at a desk and work on a computer.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
