This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Clearly articulate TeamFeePay's value proposition and customize solutions to address client needs through a needs-oriented approach.
• Acquire knowledge and confidently promote, demonstrate, and sell our system.
• Execute the pre-qualification process for all leads, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
• Actively engage in both pre- and post-sales activities.
• Employ strategic thinking in managing the sales funnel and planning initiatives to attract new clubs to the platform.
• Travel to clubs and engage face-to-face as needed.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and deal closure using our Salesforce system.
• Take responsibility for meeting business targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Plan and participate in quarterly events and tournaments to connect with clubs.
• Maintain and update contact information for the regional club prospect database.
• Comprehend the club’s lifecycle and ensure ongoing success through various milestones.
• Assess and recommend enhancements for automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve results and deliver outstanding club experiences.
• Represent the brand in your region and expand TeamFeePay's presence among grassroots clubs.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development position.
• Established connections within grassroots football in your region.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, successfully achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High levels of resilience and patience.
• Process-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and engaging environment.
• Ability to identify and seize opportunities within the customer base.
• Team-oriented individual.
• Effective time-management skills.
• IT savvy and computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Office.
