This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage with small to mid-sized businesses undergoing layoffs, restructuring, mergers, or workforce changes.
• Cultivate relationships with HR leaders, Operations Executives, CEOs, Founders, and other key decision-makers.
• Present and position Storeyline’s outplacement and career transition services effectively.
• Conduct outreach through various channels including phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, referrals, partnerships, and strategic follow-ups.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from the ground up.
• Generate opportunities for presentations, discovery calls, and proposals.
• Collaborate with leadership to influence pricing, positioning, service offerings, and the go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor outreach efforts, pipeline activities, and sales performance metrics.
• Represent the company with professionalism while managing sensitive workforce transition discussions with empathy and discretion.
• Open opportunities with organizations unfamiliar with Storeyline.
• Establish long-term relationships with HR and leadership teams.
• Assist companies in supporting departing employees with dignity and professionalism.
• Develop recurring partnerships and referral opportunities.
• Contribute to the establishment of a new revenue channel for the business.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in selling HR services, staffing, recruiting, outplacement, benefits, SaaS, consulting, or workforce solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build a territory, division, or client base from scratch.
• Comfortable with prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a challenging sales environment.
• Strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly accountable.
