This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of and oversee the lead pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
• Engage potential customers in the mid-market and enterprise sectors via phone, video calls, or face-to-face meetings.
• Assess leads based on established criteria and cultivate sales opportunities.
• Organize and keep lead information updated in the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Offer valuable insights to the marketing team regarding customer requirements, industry trends, and market perception.
• Represent Shopware at trade shows and various events.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Some experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (ideally in a SaaS context).
• Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent in overcoming challenges.
• Clear and persuasive communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including decision-makers.
• Solution-oriented thinker who swiftly identifies business opportunities.
• Agile working style with the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve KPIs.
