This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Actively seek out and qualify new business opportunities via inbound leads, event follow-ups, targeted outreach campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
• Investigate potential organizations to comprehend their strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and how they may align with Prosci solutions.
• Connect with senior stakeholders through insightful outreach using phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns.
• Manage incoming program inquiries until confirmed booking, ensuring a supportive experience for prospective participants and their organizations during online registration.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and Sales leadership to synchronize territory strategies and maintain a healthy pipeline coverage. Provide support for customer onboarding and internal sales processes as needed.
• Keep accurate and timely records of all prospecting and qualification activities in the relevant systems.
• Work together with Marketing to assist in lead-generation campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with Finance, Delivery, and Logistics teams as necessary.
• Regularly meet and surpass activity, pipeline, and opportunity-creation targets, directly aiding in revenue growth.
• Represent Prosci with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a client-first approach in all interactions with prospects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or a client-facing role (ideally in professional services, training, or consulting).
• Proven ability to quickly build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful discussions.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
• A growth mindset, resilience, and an eagerness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of or exposure to the MEDDPICC sales methodology is a significant advantage.
