This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Generate awareness and interest in Percona solutions as a value-added offering for potential clients.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Conduct high-quality phone calls, emails, and social media outreach that lead to meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Cultivate and manage leads until they are deemed sales-ready.
• Proactively schedule sales appointments for further exploration.
• Record all activities in our CRM system and provide the sales team with detailed insights into the prospect’s needs for a seamless transition.
• Employ advanced prospecting techniques (including LinkedIn social selling, video messaging, account research, and custom cadence development) to penetrate enterprise accounts.
• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of technology sales experience, ideally with a strong focus on outbound efforts.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business and build relationships via phone and email.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace, with the capability to adapt quickly during prospect interactions.
• Competence in documenting all activities in our CRM system with a high level of accuracy.
• Professional persistence and the ability to think on your feet, delivering compelling introductions.
• Familiarity with Google Apps, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Qualified, and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capability to work remotely full-time.
