This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in outbound prospecting to identify and assess potential clients within target markets.
• Employ a variety of channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, ABM, etc.) utilizing structured and tailored approaches.
• Develop and validate strategic lead lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and priority segments.
• Cultivate leads through strategic and personalized follow-up communications.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the marketing, product, and Business Managers teams regarding objections, requirements, and lead suitability.
• Utilize CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.) effectively.
• Accurately manage the pipeline, consistently updating contacts, statuses, and notes with discipline.
• Develop and enhance cadences, scripts, and templates with a focus on maximizing conversions.
• Collaborate with our sales team to create new business opportunities.
• Contribute towards achieving overall team objectives.
• Practical experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR).
• Documented success in achieving targets (SQLs, qualified meetings, generated pipeline).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Capability to conduct discovery calls and comprehend customer challenges and needs.
• Prior experience in selling B2B products or services, particularly in the SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated proactivity.
• Resilience in managing challenging situations.
• Self-sufficiency in managing processes autonomously.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple daily tasks effectively.
• Dedication to achieving set targets.
• Plus: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Sales Navigator.
