This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Identify and cultivate a pipeline through outbound channels such as cold calls, email marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach aimed at companies utilizing or considering Salesforce.
• Recognize and evaluate opportunities related to Salesforce implementation or re-implementation, CRM optimization and automation, sales, marketing, and customer success workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and RevOps alignment.
• Engage with decision-makers (VP Sales, Head of RevOps, Marketing Directors, Founders) through consultative discussions.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns including email sequences, LinkedIn initiatives, and webinars focused on Salesforce applications.
• Assess campaign effectiveness and consistently enhance messaging, ideal customer profile targeting, and outreach strategies.
• Arrange qualified discovery calls and demonstrations for the Director of Sales and Salesforce consultants.
• Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and activities within the CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Work closely with sales and delivery teams to synchronize messaging with actual client challenges and use cases.
• Share insights on market trends, prevalent Salesforce issues, and the competitive landscape.
• 1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, business development, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or consulting.
• Familiarity with or knowledge of Salesforce or CRM ecosystems is a significant advantage.
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using sales engagement tools (such as Instantly, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms).
• Capability to manage prospecting and campaign execution concurrently.
• An analytical mindset—comfortable with interpreting campaign metrics and enhancing performance.
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative and problem-solving approach.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by commission-based compensation.
• Uncapped commission — 10% per deal closed (USD)
