This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct research and create targeted prospect lists of international organizations.
• Actively seek and engage potential partners through a comprehensive cold outreach approach across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Email, Phone, Events).
• Advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline, converting them into partnerships and facilitating their onboarding onto our technology platform.
• Lead and carry out discovery calls and presentations with diverse organizations spanning various industries and locations.
• Transform prospects into partners and oversee the onboarding process.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to craft innovative communication and social selling strategies that enhance thought leadership and engagement.
• Research, compile, and maintain data lists of potential clients.
• Continuously refine processes through automation and technology.
• Offer support and expertise to new partners regarding internship design, training, and structure.
• Foster long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Proven capability to excel in a remote-first environment, showcasing self-motivation, discipline, and effective time management.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, with a successful history in client acquisition and relationship cultivation.
• Experience in entrepreneurial or start-up settings is an asset.
• Proficient in using data and sales software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a background in managing clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a mindset geared towards growth.
• Fluency in English is required (additional languages are advantageous).
• Willingness to travel within LATAM for client meetings, conferences, events, and training (approximately quarterly).
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a passion for travel, education, and cultural exchange.
