This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and create new business opportunities through proactive outreach methods such as email, LinkedIn, events, and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct thorough research on accounts to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
• Qualify incoming leads and facilitate early-stage discovery discussions.
• Inform prospects about the benefits of using Imply Lumi and its various use cases.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and assist in advancing deals.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to improve messaging and target campaign efforts.
• Ensure precise tracking of activities and pipeline in SFDC.
• Commit to ongoing learning about the product, market landscape, and trends in the SaaS industry.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and exhibit self-motivation.
• A keen interest in research combined with excellent in-person, phone, and written communication skills with customers.
• Capability to engage and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in delivering both formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust work efforts based on departmental needs or business objectives.
• Proven history of success in roles with considerable responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience with observability or SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Cribl, etc.
