This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities in target markets.

• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other commercial channels.

• Qualify leads based on defined criteria: company size, need, budget, timing, and product fit.

• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives or commercial leaders.

• Research companies, industries, and key contacts prior to each outreach.

• Clearly communicate the value of a SaaS ERP solution.

• Keep the CRM updated with activities, notes, opportunities, and next steps.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to enhance messaging, campaigns, and sequences.

• Consistently follow up with prospects and opportunities in the early stage.

• Meet goals for prospecting, scheduled meetings, and qualified opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, prospecting, business development, or similar commercial roles.

• Experience selling or prospecting SaaS solutions, technology, financial software, ERP, accounting, fintech, or complex B2B products.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage with executive profiles such as CFOs, founders, controllers, and operations leaders.

• Commercial mindset, results-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up.

• Quick learning ability regarding technological products and financial processes.

• Proficient in tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, Google Workspace, or similar.

• Previous experience in selling ERP, accounting software, financial SaaS, or solutions for finance teams.

• Basic knowledge of processes such as accounting closure, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, or integrations.

• Experience working with markets in the United States, Canada, or LATAM.
