This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize MinIO’s intelligence systems to pinpoint potential prospects and generate leads.
• Create strategies aimed at converting MinIO’s extensive community of open-source users into paying customers.
• Formulate strategies to draw in new enterprise clients by promoting the MinIO value proposition.
• Compose innovative, personalized emails and email sequences to convey the advantages of a commercial partnership, aiming for meetings and opportunities. Work in collaboration with internal teams to develop persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Offer feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate work data to optimize performance.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Employ the full range of technology tools (SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach) to monitor interactions, progress, and conversion rates.
• 3-5 years of experience in the software sector, particularly focusing on data infrastructure SaaS solutions.
• Exceptional writing and telephone communication skills, adept at engaging and convincing executives.
• A highly creative approach to sales and problem-solving, with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Expertise in email sequencing and platforms, along with a solid understanding of digital communication tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Software, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
