This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
β’ Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
β’ Identify and assess potential customers in line with ideal client profiles.
β’ Generate high-quality leads and arrange meetings for Account Executives.
β’ Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to foster long-term opportunities.
β’ Keep precise records of outreach and pipeline activities within CRM systems.
β’ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
β’ Consistently achieve or surpass monthly KPIs and sales objectives.
β’ Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR).
β’ Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold outreach.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems).
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
β’ Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Experience in selling SaaS, digital services, or technology solutions is advantageous.
