This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify, prospect, and engage high-quality leads through various outbound channels such as cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads, efficiently progressing them through the sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver customized pitches, and effectively address objections.
• Take ownership of and manage the **full sales cycle**, including negotiation and closing processes.
• Keep precise records of all sales activities in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and senior sales leadership to enhance outreach strategies.
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders to foster long-term value.
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or closing roles.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals rather than just generating leads.
• Strong experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable thriving in a high-performance environment.
• Experience in selling SaaS, technology, or B2B services is highly preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
