This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate closely with account executives in your designated territory to develop a prioritization strategy.
• Familiarize yourself with the market landscape and threat environment in your region, focusing on the K12, Healthcare, and workplace sectors.
• Attain a thorough understanding of Evolv’s mission, our Evolv Express & Insights products, and learn to present a compelling value proposition tailored to each vertical.
• Learn to identify security challenges and assess prospects for potential compatibility.
• Take charge of the lead qualification process and cultivate relationships with key Account Executives.
• Meet monthly goals for qualified meetings and sales opportunity generation.
• Manage the pipeline effectively, ensuring data integrity within Salesforce.com CRM.
• Participate in trade shows to connect with prospects and customers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the factors driving demand for weapons screening.
• Build a strong pipeline of highly qualified sales opportunities within your region across key verticals.
• Be recognized by the team as the leader in demand generation within your territory.
• Collaborate with the field marketing team to execute successful live events.
• Serve as a resource for industry news, events, and developments relevant to the sales territory.
• Utilize prospecting tools (Sales Engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Intel, Showpad, Hubspot, 6sense, phone calls) to prioritize and connect with a funnel of leads.
• Manage your prospect pipeline by prioritizing engaged end users within target ICPs.
• Engage in meaningful discussions regarding prospects' security concerns that encourage them to take the next step with Evolv.
• Deliver highly qualified end user opportunities to the region monthly, in line with our qualification criteria.
• Become proficient in Salesforce and other productivity and enablement technologies related to sales development, while enhancing your skills in prospect research, campaign design, cadence building, lead engagement tracking, and pipeline management.
• Drive demand in key verticals according to our 2025 go-to-market strategy (K12, healthcare, factory/warehouse), meticulously measuring the relative success of various approaches (subject lines, messages, cadence, frequency, channel) to continuously refine the outbound strategy for optimal time management.
