This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Qualify incoming marketing leads to pinpoint sales opportunities.
• Address inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from prospective clients.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads and new potential accounts to inform, qualify, and spark interest in eAssist services.
• Arrange appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to offer tailored consultations.
• Keep precise records of leads and interactions within our CRM system.
• Work alongside the Sales team to meet monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong phone presence with the capacity to quickly establish rapport.
• Skilled in utilizing CRM software and online communication platforms.
• Capability to work autonomously and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in lead generation or inside sales is advantageous, though not mandatory.
