This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Drive the outbound pipeline and schedule high-quality meetings
• Play a direct role in enhancing the sales pipeline and boosting revenue
• Initiate connections, foster discussions, and assist Account Executives
• Establish a robust outbound rhythm through consistent engagement
• Achieve autonomy in prospecting, maintaining CRM accuracy, and handover processes
• Possess an iterative, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to ongoing improvement
• Outcome-oriented: prioritizing "good enough" over perfection, and impact over process
• Proficient in Italian (C2/native) and fluent in English
• Excellent verbal communication abilities
• Strong habits in CRM usage (experience with HubSpot is an advantage)
• Familiarity with tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Experience in SMB outbound sales
