This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Drive the creation of outbound pipelines and foster revenue growth within the Velotic Proficy Portfolio.
• Implement structured outbound prospecting strategies targeting the Velotic Proficy Portfolio.
• Connect with prospects through email, phone, social media, events, and focused campaigns.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts, partner referrals, and signals from product usage.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities that align with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and sales strategies.
• Establish and sustain a consistent, high-caliber outbound pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and establish compelling reasons for prospects to take action.
• Move deals forward efficiently while adhering to commercial guidelines.
• Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline tracking, and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Document use cases, stakeholders, and criteria for purchasing decisions.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipelines and closing mid-market B2B deals.
• Strong skills in discovery, qualification, and deal management.
• Experience working within a team-oriented or overlay sales model, with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Capacity to excel in a metrics-focused environment with consistent forecasting and pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
