This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct research on markets and prospects to discover new business opportunities.
• Engage with target customers through email and phone outreach.
• Coordinate and manage both inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, quotes, and lead follow-ups.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities within Pipedrive CRM.
• Aid in the development and maintenance of long-term client relationships.
• Monitor communications and follow-ups to ensure a consistent experience for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project details align with client expectations.
• Provide support to account management with reporting and updates.
• Keep accurate and current records in Pipedrive and other contact databases.
• Gather and organize data for business development and marketing initiatives.
• Create summaries and activity reports for both internal and client-facing purposes.
• Assist with special projects related to business growth and process enhancement.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable and confident in speaking on the phone and during virtual meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Practical experience with Pipedrive CRM is required or considered a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting goals.
• Must possess an up-to-date personal laptop or computer, along with reliable, high-speed, and secure internet access.
• Bonus points for experience in supporting US-based or B2B clients.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and database management is a plus.
• Background in construction, infrastructure, or technical services is advantageous.
