This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Take charge of both outbound and inbound lead generation efforts, qualifying prospects and progressing early-stage pipeline.
• Ensure precise customer and pipeline information is maintained within CRM systems.
• Deliver advanced sales assistance for prospecting and opportunity-related activities.
• Work autonomously on moderately complex tasks, coordinating and leading cross-functional initiatives with various internal stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or a similar commercial position.
• Proven experience in lead generation, qualification, and the development of early-stage pipelines.
• High level of proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
• Established ability to juggle multiple priorities independently while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation with the capability to comprehend customer needs and deliver proactive solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
