This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Your main responsibility will be outbound prospecting: identifying, engaging, and qualifying opportunities within a designated account base.
• You will connect with technical and financial decision-makers through a combination of research-driven outreach, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create a pipeline that converts.
• You will be reaching out to an existing customer base that already has confidence in At-Bay.
• Your role will involve initiating conversations about security.
• You will convey this narrative to an audience that requires it but is currently not receiving it.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our business, including how MDR, insurance, and our product tiers serve customers from start to finish.
• Collaborate with your Account Executive (AE) to develop your initial account penetration strategy.
• Execute active outbound sequences across your target account list.
• Schedule qualified meetings and assist in building early pipeline alongside your AE.
• Be recognized as a vital link between marketing, sales, and your accounts.
• Consistently achieve or surpass pipeline objectives and meet performance metrics.
• Lead feedback loops at the top of the funnel with marketing.
• Confidently articulate At-Bay’s MDR value proposition to both types of buyers.
• You have experience prospecting into SMB or mid-market accounts, preferably selling a cybersecurity solution or complex technical offering.
• You have successfully created and executed high-quality outbound campaigns based on targeted, research-driven outreach, rather than a broad volume approach.
• You have transformed a cold “not interested” response into a scheduled meeting and eventually a closed deal.
• You have consistently met or exceeded activity and pipeline goals.
• You are at ease engaging both technical buyers (IT/security) and business/financial decision-makers within the same account.
