This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and effectively engage a wide range of prospects for the role of TA Director/VP of TA.
• Generate leads in the UK and US markets using a multi-faceted approach that includes cold calling, email outreach, social selling, inbound marketing, events, and more.
• Arrange qualified meetings for Account Executives and assist in driving opportunities to closure.
• Contribute to lead generation by participating in TA-focused events.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and test innovative prospecting techniques to enhance your performance continuously.
• Over 12 months of experience in an outbound sales or recruiting position.
• Proficient with digital tools, particularly AI-driven applications.
• Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
• A dedicated learner who embraces mistakes, learns from them, and moves forward.
• Sharp, engaging, and skilled at capturing attention through outreach efforts.
• Possess a competitive spirit and a strong desire to achieve results.
• Autonomy & Flexibility: Take control of your schedule with no fixed working hours.
