This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Prospect target accounts across various channels.
• Conduct research on each prospect’s business model and challenges.
• Initiate meaningful dialogues with key decision-makers.
• Generate interest in Pacera’s solutions.
• Schedule high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Manage inbound leads, responding promptly and professionally.
• 1.5–3+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in outbound sales (preferably in tech/SaaS).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound KPIs.
• Experience in securing meetings with mid-market or enterprise decision-makers.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outreach daily.
• Ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex value propositions.
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience with workflow automation, AI, or operations software.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience using WhatsApp or conversational channels for sales.
• Knowledge of operational inefficiencies and digital transformation trends.
