This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for cultivating robust relationships to broaden the customer base.
• Offers guidance, coaching, and developmental assistance throughout the retail division.
• Recognizes and disseminates best practices for effective team execution of the sales process.
• Collaborates with leadership to explore growth opportunities.
• Works alongside the sales team to oversee the pipeline of companies.
• Discovers new business prospects.
• Provides proactive coaching on business development practices.
• Engages with companies to demonstrate the advantages of banking with Fifth Third Bank.
• Formulates detailed strategies to achieve or surpass designated sales and customer service objectives.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Small Business Banking products and services.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Banking.
• A minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong business insight is required.
• Capability to collaborate and establish strong One Bank partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation/facilitation communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong proficiency in sales and sales coaching.
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
