This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within a global sales landscape, targeting key market segments centered on essential services.
• Generate, qualify, and cultivate new business prospects through calls, emails, networking, and direct engagement with decision-makers and influencers.
• Advance sales initiatives through on-site and in-person meetings with clients as necessary.
• Employ consultative selling methods and foster relationships to pinpoint the most effective solutions for client needs.
• Fulfill client expectations by leveraging CCG's services to facilitate their growth.
• Collaborate with business development representatives to create bid submissions.
• Develop and sustain a robust network of decision-makers and influencers.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales and business development within the consulting sector.
• Proven history of success in a B2B business development position.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and generate new business through proactive prospecting and thorough research.
• Familiarity with a variety of prospecting tools, including LinkedIn outreach and appointment scheduling.
• Skill in identifying potential clients and securing meetings while recognizing when to disengage from unqualified leads.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English are crucial.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment with monthly targets and delivery timelines.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of office and web applications such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• A university degree in a relevant discipline is required.
