Business Development – Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee referral partnerships within a designated territory in Massachusetts.

• Act as the representative for GateHouse Treatment with hospitals, treatment providers, medical practices, behavioral health organizations, community agencies, and other referral partners.

• Engage in outreach meetings, networking visits, educational presentations, and community events.

• Advocate for GateHouse's comprehensive continuum of care and distinctive clinical programming.

• Work closely with Admissions to assist prospective clients and referral sources.

• Keep precise records of outreach efforts and referral communications.

• Achieve set outreach and engagement objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required (Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Marketing, Human Services, or a related field is preferred).

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.

• Familiarity with behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts is necessary.
