Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Initiate, manage, and finalize agreements with enterprise partners.

• Participate in networking events to identify and connect with potential clients.

• Develop campaigns aimed at enhancing user growth, revenue, and partnership networks.

• Enhance brand visibility through innovative social media strategies, collaborations, and public relations efforts.

• Drive revenue expansion via special promotions, bundled offerings, partnerships, and new product introductions.

• Identify opportunities to launch new products that address gaps in underserved market segments.

• Collaborate with the leadership team and work cross-functionally with technology, supply chain, and marketing departments to effectively execute the product and platform strategy.

• Monitor the e-commerce platform's performance.

• Analyze metrics (SKU performance, campaign effectiveness, social media engagement, etc.)

• Generate and synthesize insights from both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the relevance of our product offerings and pinpoint key products to boost sales.

• Curate product offerings, bundles, and promotions designed to meet revenue growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of post-undergraduate professional experience, ideally in: consumer or enterprise technology, e-commerce, consulting, business management or administration, finance, marketing, or related disciplines.

• Outstanding negotiation and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Robust business acumen.

• Detail-oriented approach.

• Analytical problem solver: capable of generating and synthesizing insights from quantitative and qualitative data; able to prioritize insights and translate them into product offerings and practical solutions for customer needs.
