This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• The Business Development Manager for the MENA region will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy through both new and existing partnerships, as well as collaborating with Business Development Managers in key growth areas within MENA.
• This professional will be adept at identifying and fostering robust, long-term strategic relationships with both new and existing partners, while also establishing a presence in regulatory aspects where feasible.
• The role requires consistently meeting and surpassing targets related to Revenue, Trading Volume, and Active Clients in designated countries.
• You will implement the company’s growth strategy by engaging with Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners, and BDMs in MENA to enhance revenue and broaden our regional presence.
• Leading the expansion into new markets within MENA, you will develop new strategic partnerships and utilize existing and prior partner relationships effectively.
• Leverage your current network to bolster indirect contributions through new partnerships, identifying key stakeholders and fostering an environment conducive to new collaborations.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance current processes across various functional areas, aiming to optimize procedures for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and clients.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager within the trading sector, specifically in FX or CFD.
• A transferable book of business is advantageous.
• Capability to execute and plan simultaneously.
• Demonstrated initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Highly self-motivated and driven.
• Native Arabic speaker with a proficient command of English.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while motivating the team to achieve commercial objectives.
