This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and implement global growth strategies for Nextpower’s portfolio of tools and services.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, developing solutions, establishing pricing strategies, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to optimize revenue growth.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers.
• Convert customer operational challenges into unique service and tool solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive market intelligence regarding industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate across departments to define new service offerings, pricing models, and scalable commercial processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in a sales or business development capacity within a global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
