Business Development Manager – ServiceNow Sovereign Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactive identification and acquisition of new customers in the enterprise segment as well as in the public sector through self-acquisition and collaboration with ServiceNow and partners.

• Capturing data protection (GDPR) and sovereignty-related pain points while positioning the Sovereign ServiceNow Cloud as the optimal operational solution.

• Independent management of the entire sales cycle from initial contact through complex tender processes to successful contract conclusion.

• Strategic expansion of partnerships within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including consulting partners and implementers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in acquiring new customers in the IT service or hosting environment.

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and the strategic value of sovereign cloud solutions for end customers.

• Negotiation expertise at the C-level and the ability to convincingly present complex technical matters.

• Proficient in German and English with excellent communication skills.

• Ideally, existing contacts with IT decision-makers focusing on German data center locations.
